I’m here to help you find the home that is right for you. I’m very familiar with the area as I was born in Nampa and have spent my life in the valley, around the state, and around the northwest states. I’m a builder as well as a real estate agent so I am well prepared to help you in the search for your new home or to find the right buyer for your current home. I am skilled as a finish carpenter, tile layer, painter and hardwood floor layer. These skills help me whether I am building you a new home or assisting as you choose a pre-existing home. I currently live in Nampa with my wife, our son, and my mother-in-law. Biography: I was born in Idaho. I started framing in Boise in 1978. In 1980 I moved to heavy construction when I worked on the Boise State University Pavilion. I worked in all phases of construction on dams in Oregon and while building the fish hatchery at Red Fish Lake. In 1984 I moved to multi-unit housing construction at the Mountain Home Air Force Base where I became a superintendent. I then became self employed as a finish carpenter for single family housing. I worked for several residential builders in the valley. Next I began to build starter homes, moving up to bigger custom homes over time. I am a hands-on builder. At times I do the finish carpentry, painting, tile and rock installation, hardwood floors, landscaping and drywall on the houses I build.
